Motivate Talent has proudly represented world-class talents from the Middle East and beyond since 2019. While we’re honored to work with the likes of Steven Bartlett, Molly Mae Hague & Jack Whitehall, talent from and in the MENA region are a huge part of what makes Motivate Talent successful.
Supporting and developing Dubai’s local talent is a key sector of our business in addition to representing the very best international celebrities, speakers, musicians, entertainment, and media & live talent. If you are a local talent seeking representation, you might be asking yourself if you have what it takes to be on an esteemed roster next to some global superstars.
Here’s exactly what you should have before you reach out to us:
- A talent. While this might seem obvious, you need to be clear about what it is that you do, and where and how you will do it. Ask yourself where you fit in our talent categories (Celebrities, Speakers, Music, Entertainment, Media & Live) and what sets you apart from others in the region.
- A vision. You’ve established what you have to offer, now you need to have a vision of where you want to go and what the next steps look like for you. When you come to Motivate Talent we’ll need to understand where you came from, where you are now, and where you want to go.
- Digital presence. As a talent in 2022, it’s simply not enough to show up with just your talent. Brands are looking to collaborate on events and extended brand ambassador roles with creative content solutions, so it’s imperative to have strong digital content and social media presence.
- Content. At the minimum, to be accepted to the Motivate Talent roster and have your profile up on our site, you’ll need to provide: a high-resolution headshot, a biography, high-resolution images, a showreel, and links to your socials.
If you can ‘check yes’ to all of the above requirements, then you might have what it takes to join our impressive roster. Please apply via our online form here. We’ll reach out if you’ve been accepted.
