Dusica Ristic, a 39-year-old from Serbia, embodies resilience and determination. Her life journey, shaped by adversity and triumph, stands as a testament to the power of belief and perseverance.
Growing up in a war-torn environment, Dusica faced profound challenges from an early age, including surviving an open-air strike. These experiences, marked by instability and generational trauma, deeply impacted her but also ignited a powerful drive within her. “Adversity introduces us to ourselves; it doesn’t create character, it reveals it,” she often reflects.
Dusica’s courage led her to a remarkable career in aviation. Joining Emirates Airlines in December 2011, she explored over 100 countries and nearly 200 cities, with Dubai becoming a second home and a gateway to new opportunities.
Her fascination with psychology prompted further studies and certifications. In 2017, she trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Dubai, followed by strategic communication training under Mr. Les Brown in the USA. Dusica also achieved a significant personal milestone by obtaining her pilot’s license in 2014 and published a children’s book, Melody Nay Stories, in 2016.
Recently, Dusica graduated from MB Business Management faculty in Belgrade and is on the path to completing her MBA. Her ultimate goal is a PhD in psychology.
Currently, Dusica is channeling her passion into writing an ebook on Personal Development and establishing The Fierce Believer Coaching Academy. Through motivational speaking and executive coaching, she is dedicated to helping others overcome challenges and break cycles of generational trauma. Her upcoming Believe to Achieve Masterclass in Dubai and the MENA region aims to empower individuals to realize their potential.
As a mother, Dusica’s commitment to breaking the cycle of trauma is personal and profound. Her journey illustrates that with resilience, passion, and belief, dreams can indeed become reality.
