A trained chef, food stylist and recipe writer based in Dubai, Chloé lives and breathes all things food. She believes that the best things in life happen around the kitchen table.
After graduating from Edinburgh University with a degree in English Language (MA HONS) and River Cottage Chef School, Chloé worked as chef before becoming a food stylist full time. This lead to work in both London and Toronto before she moved to Dubai to work with John Brown Media as Deputy Food Editor of Spinneys Magazine.
After making the leap into the freelance world, Chloé has worked with a number of high-profile clients including Burger King, Emirates, McDonalds, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts and Costa.
In 2022, building on ten years’ experience in the industry, Chloé founded SugarSnap- a one pot solution for bespoke food content- after noticing a gap in the market for easily accessible recipe content tailored to food-based clients in the MENA region.
Chloé is available for food styling, recipe writing and speaking opportunities surrounding the intricacies of food styling and food waste/ sustainability.
