Cate Broad

Cate Broad Trained at IDSA London and is an award-winning actress (Black Sheep Film Festival 2022) who has featured in theatre and film across Dubai and the UK. Recent credits include Isobel, Bull by Mike Bartlett (2023, 2024) Miss Havisham by Emirates Literature Festival (2022), Curtain Call (Film, 2022), A Small Dream (Film, 2022), Ashputtel by Bark at a Crow (2020), Gatsby: The Immersive Experience by QE2/Pursued by a Bear (2019). She also is a voice-over artist who has voiced many AI robots over the past 3 years, including AMECA.

In 2022 she was awarded a Golden Visa from Dubai Culture for her contribution towards theatre and film in the UAE.

She is also passionate about making theatre accessible to all and was promoted to the first female Chairwoman of the Dubai Drama Group in 2022. Dubai Drama Group is the oldest theatre group which is in its 40th year of operation.
