Reem AlMosabbah, the youngest female Emirati tech entrepreneur, heads Community Engagement & Membership at Women in AI. She co-founded Unipreneur Inc. and founded Retech, a comprehensive software development and branding company. Reem is a rising star in tech entrepreneurship, offering insights into women in AI, tech innovation, and digital disruption as a popular speaker.

With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the UAE University and training from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Reem joined Masdar Institute’s Future Sustainability Leaders Programme. She gained experience at WorldSkills International and Emirates Global Aluminum before becoming an Energy Engineer at Al-Futtaim Group in 2022.

Recognized by the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf for her youth development initiatives, Reem has participated in prestigious events like GITEX YouthX, Challenge, and the UAE Hackathon. Featured in Entrepreneur Middle East and other publications, she represents the future of tech entrepreneurship and serves as a role model for women in AI and innovation.
