Afrojack (Nick van de Wall) is a Dutch DJ, producer, and remixer, born in Spijkenisse. He started making music as a kid, first learning piano and later producing his own tracks at home. By his early teens, he was already DJing at local clubs.
In 2007, he broke out with his first release under the name Afrojack and went on to score international hits like Take Over Control with Eva Simons. Since then, he’s collaborated with global stars including Pitbull, Beyoncé, David Guetta, and Nicki Minaj, earning chart success and a reputation as one of dance music’s biggest names.
Afrojack has consistently ranked among the world’s top DJs in DJ Mag’s Top 100 and has headlined festivals like Tomorrowland, Ultra, and Coachella. His debut album Forget the World dropped in 2014, and he continues to release music under both Afrojack and his underground alias, NLW.
Alongside touring worldwide, he runs his label Wall Recordings, supporting upcoming producers, and is also the CEO of LDH Europe.
